    I'm not sure what the relevenace of the $83.5M cash on hand has to their current position. If you look at current assets of $229M v current liabilities of $199M on 30 Jun 2019, the difference is $30M...that's the free cash position if you like. $30M wont last long on a poorly performing project and it sounds like these guys have more than one of those.
