That chart shows that globally central banks have added about ~$15 to $17 trillion dollars in assets to their balance sheets since 2005 while this year alone!!! (according to Deutsche Bank) world stock markets have add $17 trillion in "value". Given economic growth worldwide during 2019 probably averaged 3%, the growth in the value of equities simply makes no sense. The "value" increase couldn't have come from money printing by the central banks as their balance sheets have been flat or have declined slightly over the last 3 years. World GDP for 2019 is forecast to be around $88,000 billion or $88 trillion. If you pumped all of the worlds 3% economic growth in 2019 into the stock markets that would only amount to about $2.6 trillion. Where did that $17 trillion come from? Answer: absolutely thin air, ie the "value" is reflected in the value of the stock markets but doesn't actually exist. It is patently and obviously a big fat ugly bubble but nobody seems to care.Esh
