Yes to a degree.

Diasource may be a key strategic piece to the puzzle. (and why I took a position) The companies I mentioned (Especially starpharma (SPL) and non-biotech TZL) made similar overseas acquisitions to expand.

The issue then becomes controlling cashburn whilst trying to establish your own channel to market, amongst entrenched competitors.
