If somebody if somebody would run a listed company in Finland...

If somebody if somebody would run a listed company in Finland like several junior exploration companies in asx operates,
the person would be kicked out of the company and possibly end up with substantial legal trouble.

I don't really understand what would be benefit of the dirty cheating games for honest investors, businesses or the state.

I do understand that volatile bubble companies may be targets for gambling and my comments may disturb the games.
Comments may be helpful for persons looking for sustainable investments.
