As mentioned already, I am a little perplexed at the potential agenda here.

Long term, I see QFX as nothing but a vehicle for one of lachlans wet dreams...short term however, I do not quite understand the sense of urgency relating to the move and subsequent very quick submission of the substantial shareholders notice.

Corporate games here...just unsure exactly what at this stage.

As you suggest however, I suspect a few weekend discussions may have ensued.
