I've applied for my full entitlement. I also sold 1 mill after the record date at .003 and have applied for the same in the shortfall. If I get them fine, if I don't what I sold goes close to paying for my entitlement and I've still added significantly to my holding without it costing much .If I get what I sold back in the shortfall I've lowered my average even further so I figured either way I was happy.
