    EPBC needs to be finalized before anyone can dip more cash into COK imo.

    4majors are below water at this stage and locked in for now , either a T/O or loose all imo.

    But again they need the EPBC as final stage of agreement .

    Can happen very soon imo .

    CoK going into suspension has force pressure onto the 4 majors which have already invested over $100m so far.
