I don't think ANZ can pull out as they have already commit $40m or so via the 2 big partners .

My understanding is 2 things need doing , 1 mezzaine (p50) + the final 3.5tpa approval.

And I think we need both done before going any further.

Corrcet me if iam wrong plus any pull back by ANZ we would have know by now.
