I can only say that I wish I'd been prescient enough to buy at 20c. I have been a holder for a few years though, and am very satisfied with this company and the share returns to date.
I still think there's further room for upside based on gross yield alone. I feel sure that next year we will see 16c/share + fully franked, which at the current price of 238c, is 9.6% gross yield.
Plus capital growth.
