Yes, it looks like that. But no H&S is confirmed till it completes the last shoulder and goes below convincingly with volume. Also, the volume patterns of a classic H&S are not there, but not to make too much of that. So worth watching, but that is all.
But fundamentals look stretched, so both fundamentals and technicals may be on the same page here.
