I’m with you @MrRich ... I was hesitant when I first bought into this one quite a while back and only ☹️ have 5000. I have been asleep at the wheel but am enjoying the nice gains that have come with the rise. Imo, in the current environment, I tend to agree with others that DDR is maybe being recommended as a stock giving a very decent return on your money. Their dividend paying history is outstanding.
