As many have said before, this is a great, stable, very well regarded and managed company with a proven track record. If DDR maintains its performance and continues to provide quarterly dividends, it's still a very attractive investment especially given the current interest rate environment. I have known the Dicker's as IT suppliers since 1978 and have been an investor since Day 1. I sold a few shares at $3.60, kicked myself, sold a few more at $5.66 and today kicked myself even harder!! I guess at the end of the day it's all about making your own judgments along the way.
