should rename this company datadogsdroppings....
the manner in which management let the sp drop to less than 2c before announcing a 1/1 1c rights issue was a clear signal to me that this is not a safe company for the public to be investing in.
i would dare say that all insiders bailed out during the ramp and now its just a salary for them.
