Can anyone explain why DeCosti is such a great deal at $80m for...

    Can anyone explain why DeCosti is such a great deal at $80m for ~$3m in NPAT ie 27x PE. And why is buying one of your major independent wholesale clients such a good outcome strategically as it now leaves WOW and Coles as about your only real clients in Oz. And what expertise does TGR bring in the sourcing of non Salmon product and retailing it? I must admit, if the deal is true, this looks very expensive for a company with limited strategic appeal. Happy to be educated about the positives though, as I do like TGR.
