Just out of curiosity - have any of you been down to Tasmania and seen the facilities?

I'd love to check out the salmon farms, as well as the estuaries - I'm oddly fascinated by it all...

I hear the tuna market will be incredibly huge if it properly takes off. There are mounting pressures worldwide regarding overfishing, and typically humans don't tend to curb consumption, particularly if its rare! So the only real alternative is farming seafood. I watched a doco on abalone farming in the US, and I also saw an article recental about Lobster farming - both could be literally epic.
