Although Armstrong is often exact to the day, I have seen him out a little.
Our market has dates that do not usually match the US exactly so here is some calcs based on XJO past major lows.
Armstrong's full cycle is 8.6 years and the next low is 23/03/08 globally or US.
His low for 1982 was early June 1982.
Our major low at 8-9/7/82
+ 8.6 years was 12/02/91.
+ 8.6 years from his 1982 date was 8/1/91.
The actual low here was 16-17/01/91 and 14/01/91 in the US.
From 8/7/82 + 3 cycles is 25/04/08.
From 16/01/91 + 2 cycles is 29/03/08.
His official date 23/03/08.
We are currently exactly 25 years and 8 months from the 1982 major low here.
