Voltaire - you mentioned that you thought copper may be forming a three peaks and domed house pattern. I am particularly interested in this particular formation at the moment because I think we may actually be seeing this precise pattern on the S&P.(We look to be at or near point 14) Well lets just say that this option is alive and if it were the case we would see a seven month rise before the next peak. This link gives a pretty basic outline of this pattern which I must say in its true form is very rare. What I am trying to say I suppose is that I don't think copper is forming a three peaks and a domed house pattern.
