(First thing first:Share market have inherent risk for thing beyond our control, so there is no such thing called Risk Free Investment specially in share market).

From my understanding this is how De-Risking takes place

1) Lease are signed.
2) Permit for carrying out activities is received.
3) Basic field study is carried out.
4) Modelling work from field study is completed.
5) Preliminary drilling for few holes are conducted.

First four steps are already done(4th almost done, several result we already know).

We are all waiting for last step i.e. drilling.
