2. Do a deal with a mining contractor where the contractor bears all risk with mining and processing grace. RXL gets a percentage of the net profits. RXL essentially takes no risk and doesn't spend a cent. If the tonnes and grades are there after Due Diligence, this is the best option moving forward.
