I'm not sure on ASX rules to be honest, however... FAS did tell us all that they were still in good faith having negotiations and that an outcome was expected shortly

Now, I am aware several announcements have been made in the past which alluded to a forthcoming information stream which we all know hasn't eventuated. BUT; this time round I kinda tend to believe that an outcome will come soon. The reason I believe so is that I would have no doubt in my mind that the regulatory body would be putting acid on them and closely monitoring FAS so they are doing to legal right thing by shareholders. Besides, there has been several people making formal complaints
