Yes I lodged a formal complaint with the ASX and they replied that basically as FAS was complying with the codes there wasn't a lot they could do. I agree however that they must be doing 'something' as the ASX must be overrun with complaints. Like you I am past even expecting anything positive just as said before do 'something" anything! I don't know what else we can do as we're snookered to a certain degree and my god it's so frustrating. But thanks for posting something of a positive sentiment all this continual vitriol is becoming a bit monotonous. Let's hope we hear something soon!
