After looking at all the sundry reports, I don't think they have a leg to stand on with their damages claim, that's why I got out, as everyone keeps saying, no one wants an inhaler, just too hard, make a pill, then it might be OK, after reading one report that Relenza is 66% less effective than Tamiflu at preventing cross infection, was enough for me, at least for now.
