sounds like....music to the ears of the PI's like a dream come true suddenly, all these new age pundits, are absolutley not buying, they intend to rent, for so long, as until such times that house prices crash
in the meantime... never the twain shall meet now who said that ?
I love the bears, and their attitude to renting...
however, if I was a young gun again, I too would be angry...
unless, I changed my attitude, and found a way to beat them, at their own game...
??? how to devise the plan
***but that is exactly what I did...
I devised a plan of action, and goals, with end dates... it was all very different....to my original thinking...
I set myself goals, plans, and completion dates for each stage... I took into consideration, all the worst case scenarios but the end plan, was all about me, living under those circumstances it was never about, waiting for another to produce the circumstances that would reward me with a windfall...
my plans focused on my input, not what everyone else would do...nor their thoughts, or predictions I did the research, to ascertain what the 50-100 year trends were my basic plan included studies for a higher career, to earn more money, in order to obtain the finance to get me started... after the plan, the career, then the first purchase,it has been, basically easy street since then it is your choice.... if you think you can do the same, as your parents did, without a plan of action to achieve your goals, then I doubt you will achieve the success you so desire.... it is a very different place out there today.... what worked for your parents, will not work for you.. are you up to it ? are you up to the challenge ?
