the announcements i believe will come once they r ready to let the price run...
some treeshakings must happen before the big moving ups with announcements...sometime, management works with inst holders to set up such treeshaking to increase the average retail holders' holding costs
when the selling is done , the announcements will come ....
i still believe the two MOUs are part of the plan which agreed between the management and the inst holders to let the price rum
but again ... anything can happen .nothing is 100% certain..like the sad aircrash last year ...
just to rise a point ...the announcements i believe will come...
