But the very destructive Bohol (central Negros) quake the journalist quotes as causing trouble had its epicentre a long way away from Co-O. It may have been the source of the problems, or more it may have been more localised ground movement. I felt that particular quake and I was about 50km further from the epicentre than the mine, but it was not much more than a window rattler where I was.
So if it was the further afield Bohol quake that gave them an issue with production, then that may infer they are not that well prepared if they get something big in the immediate area.
Going short and relying on a natural disaster or a bureaucratic headache is probably an odds on proposition.......
