It still seems like alot of small investors on the buy side ... for instance at present 70 buyers trying to buy 1,098,249 shares at 3.93.
I don't see many trades where there is 1 buyer asking for a mill shares. I've noticed that it's all the smaller investors trying to pick it up rather than larger institutions.
