re: +++ 3.50 here we come +++ I know they don't know what the word "customer service" is ... I've seen their workforce firsthand as a contractor for 6 months. Pathetic. They are all bitter and twisted. You should see the internal morale statistics for the company ... they are very bad. The company is also very inefficient in it's computer systems.
Also I was horrified at how over payed they all were. They all were on 55K for office admin jobs and they were given alot of lattitude to do their job (in other words they could get away with doing nothing)!
