shareholder discount card Looking at their results this morning, there is a dead cat there somewhere. Marketshare is eroding.
I bet they wish they still had the shareholder discount card, cause their marketshare and fortunes have gone rapidly and consistently SOUTH since the fools scraped it in 2002 / 2004.
The customer is always right. Mr Fletcher. I voted with my feet and have not been to any CML store since, unless I had no option.
I see their CEO has resigned from TLS Board as well, just prior to analyst Q&A on the latest unimpressive results, and they extended his contract .
