Seems that you made a profit anyway, well done, that is the name of the game, but it is perhaps way too early to be condemming the company just yet.

Many many people have been expecting news since late December, I would suggest you check back on their announcements to see the anticipated timelines for news. The resultant effect on the SP may have been worse had they announced nothing at all until the quarterly.

I maintain this is most likely to be an excellent buying opportunity with a relatively short time line to a turn-around.
