I have just bought in as it looks totally oversold on tax loss selling, institutional indifference and no covering analysts .

I think that the parent must be thinking of taking our the minorities at these sort of levels. WPP plc is trading on a PE of close to 10x. Thus it could afford to take out the Aus sub at a 30% premium to the current share price at 60c giving a PE of 8x and it would be still accretive not to mention getting 100% of the cash flows that Aust generates. Now that Sorrel is out and his strategy of maintaining key majority shareholdings round the world maybe /should be up for review.
