Right now, I keep asking myself one question. If I am one of those negotiating parties right now and I learned that the main man of QTK is being taken to court on the charge of fraud, what would I do? Unfortunately, I think I would double and triple check the company before I sign any contract. That means delay..... Unless of course if I did not know about it, I would quite happily sign the contract. All in all, not a good news for QTK. Mind you, I still think the product is very good and promising and it certainly does not need this distraction. Good luck.
