Yes and as stated previously this is a mining company and when they do not drill, mine and mill it can never make money. You can employ as many people in the corporate office and onsite to look after health and safety it will simply not make it profitable.
Brazil will need help, his frustration in board meetings will only make more chickens leave the coop.
