As much as we all complain about the management and lack of advance we realise that there IS excellent inherent value in the projects that overide the current management problems.Apart from the fact that over $6M of earth works has been completed and plant/machinery are on their way to the site in readiness for when they do get the digit out.
You are pulling a low bow in many posters opinions from the looks.
