I agree with your concerns. If one reads their announcements, they state that they need another $100M in funding, this issue is when.
Looking at this objectively, the worst thing that could happen to this company at the mom is a successful spawning and putting tuna into the water before they have sold their YTK stock and/or business.
The simple fact is that the Tuna will eat them out of house and home and with less than $17M in the bank, they will go broke before long unless they come to the market and the market is not going to be kind to them in light of their last raisings.
