I think you are wrong , I have compared RXM to dozens of copper stocks and its level of capital required is much lower. Rxm will require no more than 750m (including some 30-40m it has) The current price is one of manipulation and market conditions. It will get re-rated. Hope it does get as low as you think. Im up to 1% and would gladly add another 1% at these prices and lower.
