    well, worst case scenario for retail investors would be if the big boys & the lady make a deal to jointly develop this jewel. Share price would be stuck at 3.52 AUD. Retail investors will be squeezed out with 3.52AUD.

    Of course there is still the indepentend expert, am pretty sure an expert knows whats important...
