What are you talking about. Gina hasn't bought any more in ages. If she had there would have been a change in substantial holder notice. I don't think she has bought any since about $3.50
Last change of Substantial holder from Mineral Resources they only went up by a bit over 1%.

By a sharp plunge you mean back to $3.50. Thats the offer.
SQM can't bail out it's binding. While Gina stays under %19, SQM are bound to their offers.
If Gina or Chris selll down their holdings I still get my $3.50 which I am happy with.
If Azure find 150 meters of spod at 2% next week who knows.
The only bad scenerio I can see is, If short interest goes right up(so far that hasn't happened) I have been watching. And then Gina goes over %19.
Would be good to have some decent input on that scenario.
