    Because novice retail investers dont understand how ASX (any) stock market works.

    AZS now has ZERO takeover value with the number of significant shareholders who all have vested interest to status quo and are happy to extract value for 20 years, they dont look at SP.

    AZS share price will now drift down to sub $1 but pay back holders many multitudes of $3.58 in dividends over 20 to 30 years.
