    IMO If common sense prevails the current deal will not get up.


    Ultra will then look for another way to unload Zangge, or
    improve their deal (and first prove it's a real deal).


    PNN has too bright a future to waste time and money on clowns.

    PS: your suggestion will only create tension with a major SH (Ultra)
