Only stating facts. Clear as mud, in black and white in their lastest update. Current assets of $860m odd, current liabilities $1500m, and that was after the capital raising. They must have really been in trouble before that, needing to find $1.6b within the year, lucky the instos stumped up a cool billion. Greg Goodman didn't put any new money in the capital raising (just a token $234,000), but pull a $10 million out in a dividend that should not have been paid.
I reckon a few writs might start flying.
