Anyone thinking of buying into this company should look at the books, financial history (where the money has flowed) and the share liquidity VERY carefully.

In the crystal ball I see the share price drifting down over a period that the substantial holders don't give a damn about.

When the shares are priced low enough you'll receive an offer to buy out your shares and the company will delist.

If you have been around for a while you'll already know the signs and the kind of names to look out for.

My holding is, fortunately, trivial. The initial pump and dump phase was fun though.
