Looking at the Rio Tinto HD4 waste fines contract I am quite surprised. VIE did a similar job at paraburdoo that was half the size for 5million and then announced they were taking on HD4 at only 7mil for double the work. If it is awarded to BYL I would expect them to call it a 10mil or larger contract.
