I'm implying that a back of the envelope calculation tells me that viento went in under cost and any contractor that doesn't want to go bankrupt would not would put such a stupid price in. i think second place price will be closer to $10mil. I reckon brierty were on the tender list as this is their work area and are good odds of second place. Second place will surely be a higher price than viento as a new company like viento would only win the job on price.

I suspect viento went in so cheap because they wanted an order book so they could go to the market and say we need this capital raising money because we have this big order book and positive future rather than we need money because we are f***d.
