Its good for PCL to fly under the radar for now. The lack of news holds the SP fairly steady. I also think once the Sengal drilling issue for FAR is resolved (for better a word) attention will come back to PCL in particular in conjunction with the L6 farmdown. PCL is definitely not a dead horse.
