Not a single post on AOS for over two weeks. What happenned to the passionate believers? Impairment of assets...uh i think that means Alcon has pulled the pin on TA, no sign of it being for sale, no sign of royalties nine months after it was approved. Theres just a few crumbs coming from the tetra lens.
Speaking of write offs it shouldn't be long before they announce a write off on the Westfield land deal - read Mirvacs announcements about how dead the market is for cheap housing lots and the write offs they and other land developers are making. AOS never announced the address of this property, NO details of the supposedly independent valuation at the time and no statement whether it has an approved DA. It sound like its an unsaleable cow paddock. Does anyone know the address of the land ?
