These asset sales represent the completion of the cycle on these assets.
The model is the key to this stock and you have to have the patience to at least see it thru 1 cycle, imho.
The Barnett shale is huge and gas price is approaching $10, price of oil $104 +
Last time i spoke to management they were very comfortable with their relationship with their bankers.
Yes i do get sick of saying this... give it a full cycle and then stand back and judge the result.
Remember its the model.
