It is pretty obvious that at the time of the SPP the Nestle results would have been available to the board. What they didn't have was Nestle's decision about the results. Even simple Simon could have worked that one out.
I am hopping mad that they would do such a thing and feel like I have been lead down the garden path.
The directors need to answer this charge and if true heads should roll.
Of course an Oxycodone or CSL deal would soon make us forget, but we would forever be wary.
I cannot see a future SPP being generally accepted by shareholders.
