    A while back Tell posted the following:
    Last week, E-Health Insider reported that local service provider CSC and iSoft look set to miss the 31 March deadline for the go-live across the trust.

    So with the deadline imminent does the move up in sp today suggest we are likely to get some good news (at long last). Or are a few optimists just placing their bets (7 mill shares worth)?
