OK, am I missing something, or am I the ultimate optimist/(April) fool here?
The article reports "It added that department officials would refuse to consider any revised contract with CSC until Lorenzo had proved itself at Morecambe Bay". "We are expecting CSC to provide a plan." - isn't this a contradictory statement???? I would have thought that if they are expecting CSC to provide a plan, then its not all over?????
How much would it cost the UK to scrap all the work done on Lorenzo and start again?????
