I doubt anyone would know who to speak to as Novartis would have hundreds of divisions and you would probably only get as far as the reception. I would just like to know where things are placed like anybody. I.e Novartis are still committed but they excising their option to receive additional data and they have x number or days to make a final decision based on the terms etc. If they proceed these are the terms, if they not- these are the agreed terms. Perhaps they put it down to commercial sensitive information not for public eyes.
